Both parties understand that "The Client" or Prettyinkonly may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Prettyinkonly reserves ownership of all original work completed.
Client Response Time
Client must provide all information requested for project in a timely manner. Should there be a delay on your behalf, naturally the project deadline will be delayed. All content and information should be sent within 24hours of purchase. The design process/turnaround time will not begin until information has been received for the project.
In good effect, our team will only send 2 "Courtesy Check in(Dated email) if we have not heard from you within 7 days of the initial payment.
